Never After by dark-spider Never After by dark-spider
Once upon a time, a wish,
a promise of eternal love.
A smile, a lie, a last kiss,
and a simple 'wait for me'.

'Till death do us part', you said,
and Death will part us for sure.
But to hold from that day forward,
my enslaved soul was left down.

And I hear the frogs croaking songs
telling me that it's all my fault,
that I wait at the shade of the swamp
for a man that will never return.

Here, where the sun doesn't shine,
the only voice I can reach
is the sad song of a lullaby
of a bell that tinkle in the air.

And when Death comes,
will you cry for me?
Will you be there by my side
at the edge of my last breath?

Past the point of no return,
there's nothing left here for me.
My happy end is the curse
of a twisted fairy tale.

I supposse we could say this is like a twisted version of the Frog Prince tale, or something like that :). I have the sketch of this one done since last year, but couldn't work on it because of the lack of time. So when I was able to work on it again, I spent most time than usual, trying to have all the fun possible :).

Sorry for that, I didn't know the photo references were yours. I found them on intenet and couldn't know the source. So my apologies for that, if I had know I would ask for permission. I'm more than willing to put credits also, and I will do so right now. Sorry again.

Could you tell me where you found it on the internet? Because then it has been stolen :S

Don't remember... it was a long time ago. But if I can find where I found them, I will let you know for sure.

I know the frogs are stolen and basically copy-pasted, but can I also just asky why is there brown splodges/background around her face only? Which also looks more polished and higher quality than the body and background. Like they don't match.

You copied and pasted your frogs from the following places:

[link] - Near the crook of her elbow.
[link] - Farthest to the right, flipped.
[link] - Frog in her hair. (Original Unknown)
[link] - Poison Dart Frog on in the bottom right.
[link] - Frog above the Poison Dart.

I think this MIGHT just count as art theft..

Funny thing: Someone at my school actually copied this without giving any credit to you.
Poetic justice XD
