Finally I had time to do a christmas card this year :). A mid portrait again, since there was no time for anything more ^^.

So, happy new year 2009!!! I wish you a year full of inspiration, artworks and dreams come true ;).

As usual, it was done with photoshop. 10-15 hours. Full view, please :).

Ice Maiden by *dark-spider On the Eighth Day of Christmas my True Love Gave to Me.... Eight Maids a Milking.... well, this Ice Maiden not be willing to do any milking but her exquisite look as she sheds a tear would turn anyone's icy heart into a warm hearth to light this Christmas. This is so, so beautiful. :) While my favorite parts simply have to be the eyes, tear, llace, and frost around the outside, the whole piece is just sensational. Very very nice work! :heart:

My only critique is that the ice of her hand looks...I'm not sure...too clear? Like glass. I would say to add a little bit of frostiness to it...but that's really just my guess. :) There's not a lot to pick out of this piece, you did incredibly well!
